Terms And Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Gcodie Infotech. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Gcodie Infotech provides a range of IT and digital services including but not limited to:

  • E-commerce Solutions
  • WordPress and Shopify Development
  • Mobile App Testing
  • UI/UX Design
  • Digital Marketing
Custom services may be offered based on client requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Approval of content, design, and other deliverables must be provided in a timely manner.

4. Payments and Fees

  • All projects require an upfront deposit of 50% before work begins, unless otherwise specified.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Approval of content, design, and other deliverables must be provided in a timely manner.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content provided by the client remains the property of the client.
  • Gcodie Infotech retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
  • Custom code or design created by Gcodie Infotech will be the intellectual property of the client after full payment is received.

6. Revisions and Support

  • Projects typically include a limited number of revisions as outlined in the proposal.
  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Ongoing support and maintenance services are available upon request under a separate agreement.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Projects canceled by the client after initiation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable, except in cases where Gcodie Infotech cannot fulfill the service.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gcodie Infotech is not liable for:
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Losses resulting from service interruptions or third-party failures.
  • Issues caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications of deliverables.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the course of the project. NDAs can be signed upon request.

10. Termination

Gcodie Infotech reserves the right to terminate services if the client:
  • Breaches these terms,
  • Engages in fraudulent or illegal activities,
  • Fails to pay for services rendered.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India/Punjab. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Patiala District.

12. Changes to Terms

Gcodie Infotech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective upon posting.
